Lio lived his whole life with his mother, who recently passed away. Since then, he has lost some of his spark. Still, he lights up when someone enters his kennel — never jumping, never barking, just calmly hoping for a moment of attention. What he loves most is cuddling for hours and resting his head gently on your lap.
