Sweet Sotiris has been through so much in his life. For five long years, he was chained up – with no protection, no warmth, and no love. As if that wasn’t heartbreaking enough, he was even shot while still tied up. A bullet hit his face, leaving one eye blind and a visible scar that tells the story of his painful past. The bullet is still lodged in his body and cannot be removed – a constant reminder of the cruelty he has endured.

But Sotiris never gave up. Today, he’s around 8 years old and finally safe – but he’s still missing the most important thing: a loving home. 

Sotiris is a cautious dog who needs time to build trust. But if you meet him with patience and kindness, you’ll be rewarded with affection, loyal eyes, and endless cuddles. Once he knows he’s loved, his true self begins to shine through: a sweet, sensitive, and incredibly loving soul. 

He has so much love to give – he just needs someone who’s willing to see it.
